Service Package

Service package is defined as a bundle of goods and services that is provided in some environment. Service Package has features that directly affect the experience and in turn the perception of the customer about the service delivery. Service delivery is deemed incomplete without the service package. This bundle consists of five features - Supporting Facility, Facilitating Goods, Information, Explicit Services and Implicit Services. Deviations from this service package, often destroy the image of the company.
